COBOL Converter - The Transoft COBOL Converter performs consistent mass code change to all COBOL programs being migrated from the HP e3000 platform. The changes adapt the code to meet the requirements of the chosen compiler on the target platform. All code that does not need changing is preserved precisely, even down to the level of indentation and the presence of comments, ensuring that the code remains familiar to the developers.
HP e3000 Discovery Tool - The Transoft Discovery Tool is used to parse a complete HP e3000 COBOL application and display a graphical representation of the intrinsics used, as well as output a full report that can be imported into an MS Access database or an MS Excel spreadsheet.
JCL Emulator & Converter - Two separate solutions to the problem of migrating JCL code from HP e3000 to Windows, UNIX or Linux. The Transoft JCL Emulator provides an emulation of MPE/iX on the target operating system in which the JCL scripts are executed. The Transoft JCL Converter provides an automated conversion from JCL to script that will run in the target operating system, i.e. Korn shell script for UNIX or Linux and VBScript for Windows.
TDAM - Transoft Data Access Module (TDAM) implements HP e3000 TurboIMAGE intrinsics on Windows, Unix and Linux. TDAM supports access to a wide range of databases including Oracle and SQL Server. The TDAM Administrator provides facilities to fully automate the migration of the TurboIMAGE database to the target RDBMS, as well as a graphical interface for on-going database maintenance and development.
TGA - Transoft Graphical Adapter (TGA) implements HP e3000 VPLUS intrinsics on Windows, UNIX and Linux. TGA converts your VPLUS screens to a browser user interface or a Visual BASIC user interface as well as the traditional character terminal user interface. It incorporates an IDE which provides fully automated migration tools as well as a graphical tool for on-going form maintenance and development.
TML - The Transoft MPE Library (TML) implements HP e3000 MPE/iX intrinsics on Windows, UNIX and Linux. TML is integrated with the other products in the toolset, Transoft Graphical Adapter, Transoft Database Access Module and the JCL Emulator, providing an emulation of the MPE File System and support for File Equations.
