IRIS TALENT is a leading supplier of integrated solutions for sports clubs, stadium facilities and leisure facilities in the UK and Europe. Its major customers include 60% of the Premier League. Ticket Designer, which allows users to design custom tickets for sporting events, is a key application. However it was written in Delphi and unfortunately IRIS TALENT no longer had programming resources with Delphi expertise in-house.

With the desire to sell Ticket Designer into new markets, IRIS TALENT wanted to migrate the Delphi code to C# so that product changes could be made as needed and the application would integrate with other solutions the company had developed using C#.

The first phase of the project used Transoft's PathFinder assessment to identify potential problems, lay out milestones and agree technical details of the solution.
