Transoft Announces Strategic, Worldwide Partnership with Acucorp, Inc.

September 25, 2001 - Transoft, a leading international provider of application transformation, integration and assembly products and services, recently announced a partnership agreement with Acucorp Inc., a world-class developer of application extension solutions designed to solve mission critical business issues. The agreement, which was announced at Acucorp's 12th Annual Developers' Conference in La Jolla, Calif., stipulates that Transoft and Acucorp will actively promote each other's products and services as well as endorse one another in the market.

The combination of Acucorp's leading COBOL solutions and the Transoft Intelligent Adapter family of products, which allow COBOL applications, business rules and data to be exposed as Java, COM or XML services, is a powerful solution for IT organizations who want to leverage their COBOL assets in new application development or application transformation projects.
