What is My Transoft?

My Transoft is a secure area of the Transoft web site, for use by Transoft customers only. My Transoft is still in its infancy and contents will grow continuously. The site is currently split into three main areas, described below:

Having a problem with a Transoft Product, or need further information on how to make the most of it? This area of My Transoft provides knowledge articles relating to the most commonly asked questions and problems, as well as access to further product information and tips to allow you to make the most of your Transoft products. Written and maintained by Transoft's expert technical support and development teams, this area of the site provides a useful first point of reference.

If you cannot find what you are looking for in the "Support for Transoft products" area, or would prefer to talk to Transoft directly, use this page to find out how to contact Transoft Support. Currently support can be contacted via telephone or email, although plans to provide a web-based form for raising support queries are to be developed in the near future.

You may also contact support to request new knowledge articles relating to any Transoft product, who will consider all new ideas for articles and keep you updated on the progress of such requests.
