Transoft puts Sarpy County on path for growth.

 Sarpy County is a rapidly growing area of Nebraska,
USA. Its population of 118,000 is growing by 20% each
year. Sarpy County's MIS group provides technical services
for all the area's principal functions from the police
through to the tax department.
Sarpy County was running a DG MV30000 mainframe computer
as its core IS system, it serviced around 500 users.
While performing many of its tasks reliably it had limitations
and users were frustrated by its lack of flexibility
and sometimes lack of speed. After a detailed analysis
of their options, Sarpy County adopted Transoft's incremental
re-engineering approach - providing them with a smooth
migration and positioning them for client/server development.
